Cornerstone encourages alliances with partners (Consultancy firms and System Integrators) to undertake voluminous and complex projects. An important task of consultancy during Phase-0 is providing specific expertise and skills at user premises. While the code-and-data-related transformation tasks are performed in the Cornerstone Competence Centre, high quality implementation and test remain at the user premises. Typical projects and consultancy areas vary from Modernization to Outsourcing to Quality Control projects.
Consultants can be involved in both modernization and re-platforming tasks and use G4-tools in projects and activities related to legacy source-code and data. See Consultancy areas.
